What your customer can see

Your customers never get a login. They get links — and each one opens exactly one page. Here is what each page shows and how long it stays open.
Your customers never sign in to LakeOps. Every email you send them carries a link, and each link opens exactly one page — nothing to remember, nothing to reset, and a forwarded email cannot open anything the link was not for.
The job that was just done
The completion email links to that one job: each piece and whether it was done or skipped, the crew's photos and note, the price with tax on its own line, and — if you take payments through LakeOps — the pay button and the card on file.
Their account
A statement email links to their whole outstanding position: every unpaid job with its age, any late fee, and a pay button per line. Nothing is recomputed on the page; it is the same statement they were sent.
Everything on their shoreline
The completion email also links to what's on your shoreline: every property they have with you and every active piece on it, with one sentence each — in the water since May 12, out for the season since October 3, or could not be done with the crew's reason — plus the photos from the last visit. If the crew has flagged a piece, the flag is there in the crew's words, and unsafe reads do not use until this is fixed. A retired piece is not listed.
Their other two pages offer this one at the bottom, so a customer looking at a bill can check what the bill was for.
Every link expires after ninety days, and can be cut off sooner from the customer's page in the office. Because these pages show addresses and photographs, that is the point: a link should stop working when the season does, and a fresh email makes a fresh one.
